Refund policy

Upon delivery and acceptance of flowers, no return/refund will be accepted. Recipients would be responsible to check the flowers before parting with our delivery team. The product will be your responsibility from the time the delivery has been handed to you and we bear no responsibility from then onwards.

If you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with a description of the issue as well as a picture of the issue, where possible, in order for us to offer a resolution as efficiently as possible.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. If cancellation is made after 48 hours before delivery time & date, no refunds would be given.
